Our terms of sale
1 General information: The present general conditions of sales have the aim of governing the relations between the site shop www.bakaratbijoux.com and the purchaser is professional or particular;
These general conditions of sale specify the conditions of order; Bakarat jewels reserves the right to modify the conditions of sale. The applicable conditions will be that in force at the date of the order. If the customer places order, it will fill, a form placed at its disposal where it will make share of information to be identified, in particular name, first name, addresses postal, etc...
Any order will be confirmed to the customer by mall. The sale on line of the jewels is reserved to the customers from Europe, DOM TOM, and Abroad. the delivery will be made with the address of delivery indicated in the purchase order.
The deliveries will be made by the post office. The jewels will be delivered between 5 and 8 days in metropolis and DOM TOM, the Foreigner between 8 and 15 days. In the event of absence of the customer at the time of the delivery, a transit advice note will be deposited in its letter-boxes stipulating to withdraw the parcel at the post office.
All the jewels coming from Bakarat are guaranteed 1 year against very vice hidden except contrary indication. The guarantee excludes the misuse (produced domestic, perfumes, chemical shocks, consequence of an accident). that implies at the time of the return of the jewels for refunding or repair, a precise explanation of the return.
All the jewels come from creators basing itself on top-of-the-range, variations of colors, size, form can be possible. All the photographs réprésentent the best possible jewels but cannot ensure an exact similarity of the jewels, in particular the colors. The customer has a seven days deadline as from the date of reception of his order.
The articles will have to be turned over to Bakarat in a perfect state of resale (state of origin).
The carriage costs will be offered starting from 80 euros for the Metropolitan France, dom-Tom and Corsican. For the foreigner the carriage costs will be offered starting from 150 euros. |
